Driven by the-global plastic-ban wave, low-carbon and biodegradable plant-fiber packaging is gradually replacing conventional plastic products and emerging as a new-era trend for the packaging sector. Qualified bamboo-fiber molded-pulp goods undergo a full production journey from wild bamboo shoots to ready-to-ship cargo. The whole-chain process embraces circular-ecology concepts and sophisticated industrial techniques, which fully embody the core of green manufacturing.

We adopt natural bamboo as raw material. High-quality virgin bamboo fiber is refined through procedures including chipping, high-temperature cooking for softening, fiber separation, thermomechanical pulping and squeeze dewatering. Lignin separated during production is fermented into organic fertilizer to nourish bamboo forests. This recycles industrial waste and forms an Eco-loop where resources are sourced from and returned to nature.

At the workshop stage, our factory precisely adjusts pulp concentration, viscosity and food-grade additives to stabilize pulp properties. The pulp flows into custom molds for adsorption and dewatering to form wet blanks. Subsequent hot-press drying under 190-℃ high heat and pressure compacts fiber structures. Finished products feature dense texture, smooth surface, outstanding mechanical strength and strong moisture-proof as well as cold-resistant capacity. Trimming, vacuum demolding and fine processing follow afterwards.
Every finished package goes through strict factory inspections covering appearance details, physical traits and safety indicators. Our items hold multiple internationally-recognized Eco-certifications, contain no PFAS contaminants and allow direct food contact. Inherent bacteriostatic properties of bamboo fiber guarantee safe packaging use. Qualified goods are packed, stored and delivered to worldwide markets.

Sola-power systems installed on-site supply clean electricity for our automated production lines, implementing low-carbon management across all manufacturing links. Compared with recycled waste-pulp materials, pure virgin bamboo fiber avoids common drawbacks such as softening under dampness, blurred printing and residual impurities. Custom-made packaging solutions like egg trays, cup holders and fresh-food trays are available.
Bamboo-fiber packaging boasts irreplaceable environmental merits. Renewable bamboo resources support sustainable harvesting, and discarded packages can decompose via natural composting without triggering white pollution. Favourable physical performance, food-grade safety and closed-loop low-carbon production make molded bamboo-pulp packaging ideal for egg boxes, cup carriers, fresh-food trays and other scenarios.
With tightening environmental regulations worldwide, bamboo-based plastic replacement has become an irreversible industry tendency. We focus on the full bamboo-fiber industrial chain, control every production detail and stick to closed-loop green manufacturing. Based on premium virgin bamboo fiber and mature elaborate workflows, we supply safe, durable, low-carbon and compliant Eco-packaging solutions. Rooted in nature, we promote the long-term advancement of the green-packaging industry.
